CareOS provides clinic operating software: scheduling, charting, care plans, labs, billing tools, a patient portal, and provider operations. Each practice runs in its own workspace. Creating a workspace forms an agreement between the practice ("you") and CareOS.
You must provide accurate practice and owner information at signup. The 14-day trial requires no payment method; at the end of the trial, continued use requires an active plan. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for all activity in your workspace.
Your clinic's data — including patient records — belongs to your practice. You can export it in structured form at any time and can cancel whenever you choose. We access workspace data only to operate, secure, and support the service.
CareOS is practice-management and documentation software, not a medical device and not a source of medical advice. AI-assisted features (scribed note drafts, suggested orders, summaries, reminders) are drafts and decision support only: a licensed clinician must review and approve all clinical content, and every note, order, and prescription requires explicit clinician sign-off. You are responsible for the accuracy of records, for practicing within your licensure, and for compliance with the laws of the states where you and your patients are located. Compliance features (eligibility gates, credential tracking) assist your compliance program; they do not replace it.
Before storing protected health information in a production workspace, contact us to put a Business Associate Agreement in place for your deployment. Trial workspaces should use test or consented pilot data until a BAA is executed.
No unlawful use, no attempting to access other practices' workspaces, no reselling the service, and no use of the platform to violate patient privacy or prescribing regulations.
Plan pricing is published on the pricing page. Plans can change at renewal with notice; you can switch models or cancel anytime.
The service is provided "as is" during the founding period. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareOS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
