What CareOS is

CareOS is the clinic operating system for whole-person wellness practices. It helps solo and growing clinics run the full patient loop — scheduling, intake, notes, labs, care plans, payments, patient portal, and follow-up — then adds Ops for provider operations as the clinic grows. Positioning & differentiation

CareOS competes with Healthie, OptiMantra, Cerbo, Practice Better, and SimplePractice in wellness-practice software. Its differentiation: (1) the whole patient loop for small clinics; (2) protocols as structured clinical objects rather than notes or custom fields; (3) biomarker trending against optimal ranges; (4) native membership economics; and (5) Provider Ops that can gate scheduling and controlled-substance prescribing by eligibility as a clinic grows.

CareOS is cash-pay-first; direct insurance claims submission is on the roadmap. Superbills are supported today.
